After managing the wildly successful “Top Dogs of Comedy” tour, Carlos Wallace, CEO of Sol
Caritas, was very careful about representing another group. “It’s not something I take lightly. I need
to see the passion, the hunger, the appreciation for the art. Most importantly I have to know you are
ready to work tirelessly. It’s about respect for your craft. These five young men embody everything
