Born Marion Stafford, the Houston native
is well known throughout the industry for
his quick wit, sharp tongue and the kind
of cleverly crafted material that's both
wildly entertaining and utterly engaging.
Master of the blazing one liner, no audience is safe from Blaze's litany of
disarmingly funny observations. Each joke finds its mark with rapier accuracy
and leaves audiences weak with laughter and completely won over by the
refreshing creativity of his material.
The honey toned comic with the playful grin and alluring brown eyes has a
distinct ability to completely command a stage without breaking a sweat. He
doesn't have to! He let's his comedy do the work. That labor of love led to
success early in his career. Blame has appeared on BET's hit comedy
competition show "Coming to the Stage" (2004). The University of Texas
graduate also earned the top spot at the Las Vegas Comedy Festival regional
competition's college category.
These days Blame is setting his sights even higher, breaking new ground as
part of the hottest group to hit the industry in over a decade, the "5 Degrees of
Comedy". His relaxed style perfectly compliments the group's dynamic flow.
Blame can also be seen at colleges and renowned comedy clubs across the
nation, including Houston, New York, Chicago and LA.
